"Items consistently arrive in great shape and are nicely packaged."
Every order comes with samples, and they ship fast. I'm loving my Dermalogica, and the prices are just right. Everything is always well-packaged and shows up in perfect condition.

I haven't tried the new site yet, but I bet it’ll be alright. I always get my Thalgo online; it’s fast, simple, and typically shows up in just a couple of days. Plus, they throw in those little extra samples, which are awesome.

"Had I known where it was shipping from..."
Had I known the item was being shipped from Perth, I would’ve picked something else since the delivery time is way too long. I'm still waiting for it to show up. Other sellers usually take just 2 to 3 business days.

The shipping took forever, I had to wait over a week and a half for my shampoo and conditioner. Oz Hair and Beauty gets stuff to you way quicker, and they’re just using regular Australia post.
